Small Lot Development.
During the mid-COVID property boom in Brisbane, 15 lots at this boutique Browns Plains estate weren’t selling—even in perfect market conditions. I was brought in by one of the six key stakeholders to help turn the development around. With each stakeholder having different goals, my role was to bring clarity, coordinate everyone, and find solutions that worked for the project as a whole.
We started by redesigning the dwellings and taking a fresh approach to marketing. Small lots can be tricky for buyers to visualise, so we created concept plans to help people see the potential of their future homes. Working closely with sales specialists, we educated buyers, generated interest, and presented the lots at competitive prices—all while keeping the process smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
